make the following
AGREEMENT ON THE SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT
Subject matter of agreement
I.
This Agreement deals with the equipment that is set forth in a special Exhibit A to this Agreement and is signed by the Purchaser and the Seller.
II.
By this Agreement the contracting parties agree that the Purchaser desires to order and purchase the equipment and the Seller undertakes to sell and supply the equipment set forth under Article I hereunder.
Contract Price
III.
The contracting parties agree and specify the price for the subject matter of the Agreement, which amounts to ______________ EUR. The aforementioned price includes all work and tasks connected with the erection/installation, takeover and-start up of the equipment, as well as with the training of the purchaser’s workers.
Payment
IV.
The contracting parties agree that on the signing of the Agreement the Purchaser shall pay an advance payment amounting to .…% of the contract price. The remaining part of the purchase money shall be paid within a period of …… days after the final fulfillment of contractual obligations by the Seller.
Time of delivery
V.
