make and enter into
MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
I.
The parties to this contract ascertain preliminarily:
- the objective of this contract is to regulate the business relations between the signatories referring first of all to consulting and implementation of management services,
- the Manager was appointed in meeting ___________ on the day of.................…to function as a Company director who shall execute the managerial services with the client on the basis of this contract within the period of his term of office.
II.
The Manager undertakes to fulfill his business tasks under this contract within the contract validity term during his full working time according to Company needs, respectively also during eventual extended working time. The Manager may from justified reasons (illness, leave, business absence) temporarily transfer his authorities to a deputy / mandatory.
The Manager undertakes to perform his work in compliance with governing law, Company statutes, and owner’s / assembly’s decrees: _________________________________

The Manager undertakes to fulfill his obligations with respect to reporting to and notifying the Company bodies according to current legislation.
The Manager undertakes to perform his work with a good expert’s diligence.
The Manager shall perform his works and duties from this contract predominantly in the Company seat and if needed also outside the Company seat.
III.
The parties to this contract met an agreement on a fixed part of the service payment under this contract amounting to _________________________________ EUR (in words: ______________________).
The Manager is entitled to using a Company mobile telephone in compliance with the governing law through the client’s Company, however limited by a monthly impulse value amounting to ___________ EUR.
The Manager is entitled to unlimited usage of Company car, throughout the whole period of contract duration.
