have concluded following
REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Article 1
Seller and buyer (hereinafter: contractual parties) jointly declare that subject matter of this Agreement is regulation of mutual relations between contractual parties on the ground of purchase of real estate registered in the land registry books of the Municipal Court of _____, land registry department ___ as land-registry plot no. ____, land-registry folio no. ______, cadastral municipality ______, total area of _______ m2.
By signing this Agreement, the seller guarantees to the buyer that he is owner in 1/1 parts of the real estate described in the previous paragraph of this Article, that real estate described in the previous paragraph of this Article is not mortgaged by any registered or unregistered mortgages in favour of third persons that may decrease or limit ownership rights on mentioned real estate in any way.
Article 2
On the basis of this purchase agreement seller is selling and buyer buys the real estate described in the Art. 1 of this Agreement in entirety.
Article 3
Contractual parties jointly agree that purchase price for 1/1 parts of the real estate described in the Art. 1 of this Agreement in the amount of ________ Eur (in letters: _____________ euro).
